Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan were blessed with a baby boy on Sunday. Among the many congratulatory wishes and notes of love that came in on social media, was one from actress Alia Bhatt.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Alia shared a photo of the happy family and extended her best wishes on the birth of the baby. She also sent a special message to “little Timtim”, sharing her excitement about meeting his baby brother.

“Congratulations Bebo & Saif and my little Timtim… can’t wait to meet your baby brother,” she captioned the post.

Kareena delivered her second baby on February 21. As per reports she was admitted to a city hospital a few hours before the delivery.

Following the birth of the baby, Saif issued a statement to the media and said, “We have been blessed with a baby boy. Mom and baby are safe and healthy. Thank you to our well-wishers for their love and support.”

In August 2020, Kareena announced her second pregnancy, saying, “We are very pleased to announce that we are expecting an addition to our family!! Thank you to all our well-wishers for all their love and support.”

This is the couple’s second child after son Taimur Ali Khan, who was born on December 20, 2016. Saif and Kareena tied the knot on October 16, 2012.
