You may be able to chat directly with WhatsApp team soon – Times of India
WABetaInfo, the website that tracks the upcoming changes and features on the Facebook-owned app, has posted on Twitter with screenshots on how this might appear on WhatsApp app.
Once the user goes on the ‘Contact us’ option, they will see an optional box to include device information. At the bottom of the page, they will be able to see WhatsApp’s message, “We will respond to you in a WhatsApp chat,” with an option to Send.
Tapping on this will redirect users to a chat window where they see a dialogue box claiming that the messages shared in the chat are end-to-end encrypted chats and they’ll be closed after the issue is fixed.
When it comes to availability, WABetaInfo claims that it will be rolled out in a future iOS and Android update.

WhatsApp’s customer care support via the app was first reported back in October 2020 with the rollout of Android beta version 2.20.202.7 of WhatsApp.
