Neena Gupta is an avid social media user. The actress recently took to her Instagram handle to share a video as she received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

She is seen saying ‘mummy‘ in this video of herself getting the vaccine shot. The post was captioned as, ”Lag gaya ji teeka.” As soon as she shared the post, her fans dropped sweet comments. Her ‘Badhaai Do’ co-star Gajraj Rao also received the vaccine.

The actress is the latest celeb to have received the COVID-19 vaccine after veterans like Hema Malini, Mohanlal, Paresh Rawal, Satish Shah, Jeetendra, Kamal Haasan, Anupam Kher, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and comedian Johnny Lever.

Her ‘Badhaai Do’ co-star Gajraj Rao also received the vaccine. Sharing his photo, he wrote, ”In the three hours queuing up for my dose, I was still contemplating whether I should take it or not. Much overthinking later, when the syringe finally went in, it painlessly relieved me of my anxiety in a matter of seconds. Getting the vaccine today was possible all thanks to a rigid and adamant lifelong companion of mine – diabetes. ”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Neena has some interesting films in her kitty. As per a report, she will be seen in a cameo role in Ranveer Singh-starrer ”83′.
