Vodafone Idea (Vi) has increased the price of two of its entry-level Family postpaid plans for its users. According to a report by Telecom Talk, the telco has hiked the prices of Rs 598 and Rs 699 postpaid plans to Rs 649 and Rs 799, respectively.
The price hike will affect users across the country. Earlier, the two plans were available to users only in five circles – UP East, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Kolkata and Maharashtra & Goa.
As far as the benefits are concerned, the two plans will continue to offer the same benefits as earlier. Vodafone idea Rs 649 Family postpaid plan (previously Rs 598) offers 80GB mobile data.
While the 50GB is for the primary connection, the remaining 30GB goes to the secondary connection under the plan. The plan also offers unlimited calls and 100 SMSes per month.
Similarly, the Rs 799 Family post plan (previously Rs 699) offers three connections- one primary and two secondary connections. The plan comes with 120GB of mobile data – 60GB for the primary and 30GB each for the add-ons.
Other benefits include unlimited calls, 100 SMSes per month and free OTT subscriptions.
