Tom Holland reveals Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire will not feature in ‘Spider-Man 3’ – Times of India
The much-awaited MCU film – ‘Spider-Man 3′ starring Tom Holland in the lead role has been the talk of the town since its announcement. With one of MCU favourite character all set to return on the silver screen, fans have been eagerly waiting for new updates.
In a recent interview with a Hollywood portal, Tom Holland, who essays the titular role of Peter Parker aka SpiderMan revealed that Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire are not a part of the upcoming instalment. Furthermore, he even added that the third instalment will be a continuation of the previous one.
Meanwhile, Benedict Cumberbatch will also be seen reprising the role of Doctor Strange in ‘Spider-Man 3’ and it is reported that he will play Holland’s mentor in the film.
While the film is yet to get an official title, it is slated to release in theatres in December 2021.
