Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are painting the town red with their adorable PDA. From enjoying vacay together to hanging out with each other’s family members, we can’t get enough of the duo. Recently, we stumbled upon an old interview of Ranbir when he opened up about his ladylove for the first time. This happened at an interview during the promotions of ‘Highway’.

The actor had stated that he first met when Alia was 12. Ranbir revealed that technically they were co-stars and even did a photoshoot together for a film called Balika Vadhu. He further added Mr Bhansali was directing.

The ‘Highway’ actress was supposed to put her head on his shoulder, but she wasn’t willing to. Alia quipped that it was the maximum contact she had with a boy at that age so she was feeling shy. It was then that Alia revealed that Bhansali thought she was flirting with Ranbir.

Meanwhile, on the work front, she will next be seen in Ayan Mukerji‘s ‘Brahmastra’ co-starring Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles.
