Six-term BJP MP succumbs to Covid | India News – Times of India
NEW DELHI: BJP MP from Khandwa and former president of the party’s Madhya Pradesh unit, Nand Kumar Singh Chauhan, succumbed to Covid-19 at a Gurugram hospital on Monday night. He was 69. Chauhan, a six-time MP, is survived by his wife, son and two daughters. The last rites will be performed at his ancestral place in Shahpur in Burhanpur district on Wednesday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP president JP Nadda, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and MP BJP chief VD Sharma were among those who condoled the death.
