NEW DELHI: Consumer Electronics giant Samsung launched its latest Galaxy S series smartphones last month. Now, it seems that the company is gearing up for the launch of its new foldable smartphones. The company is expected to launch the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 this year. Now a latest rumour suggests that Smasung might launch its foldable smartphones in July.
According to tipster Ice Universe, it will take five months to Samsung to launch the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 smartphones.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is said to come with S Pen support. It is also said that with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 the company might ditch the notch screen design. It is also said that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 might include an in-display camera.
It is also said that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 will include 7.55-inch internal display and 6.21-inch cover display. It is also said that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 will come with a similar price tag as the Galaxy Fold 2. The company launched the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 at $2,000 in most of the markets, so if the leak is to be believed the Galaxy Z Fold 3 might also sport a similar price tag.
This means that customers will be able to experience the new hardware features at a similar price.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is said to sport a 6.9-inch foldable screen with 120Hz refresh rate. The display is said to come with thinner bezels and smallar punch hole. The smartphone is said to sport a larger external screen and is backed by a 3,900 mAh battery.
