Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1, Galaxy Tab A8 and Galaxy Watch 3 reportedly get a price cut in India – Times of India


Samsung has reportedly cut prices of three devices of which two are budget tablets and one is a smartwatch.
The drop in the prices of these gadgets has been reported by Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom on Twitter. As per the retailer, the company has reduced the prices of Galaxy Tab A 10.1, Tab A8 and Galaxy Watch 3 (41mm).
Here are the new prices as per the retailer:

  • Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1: Available at Rs 12,999
  • Samsung Galaxy Tab A8: Available at Rs 7,999
  • Samsung Galaxy Watch 3: Available at Rs 29,990

Readers must note that the alleged new prices of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 and Tab A8 are not reflecting online on Samsung’s website or on third-party e-commerce platforms. Only the price of the Galaxy Watch 3 is appearing online.
Online, the price of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 is listed at Rs 14,999 and the Galaxy Tab A8 is listed at Rs 8,999.

This tablet from Samsung offers a 10.1-inch 1920 x 1200p (WUXGA) resolution display. It houses an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. Storage-wise, it offers a 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM.

This tablet from Samsung offers an 8-inch 1280 x 800p (WXGA) resolution display. It houses an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera. Storage-wise, it offers a 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM.
Samsung Galaxy Watch3
This smartwatch from Samsung offers a 1.2-inch display and comes backed by a 1.16GHz processor. It runs on Tizen operating system and offers 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM.
