Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G to launch in India next week, confirms company – Times of India


NEW DELHI: Consumer electronics giant Samsung is all set to launch a 5G variant of the Fan Edition of Galaxy S20. The company has confirmed that it will launch the 5G variant of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE in India next week. The company has already launched the smartphone in the European market.
Samsung also confirmed that the smartphone will go on sale in India starting 31 March. The company took to Twitter to make this announcement.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G variant will come with an improved camera. As reported by Sammobile, the Galaxy S20 FE 5G will offer new effects in the Portrait mode. Along with this, the ultra-wide camera will also be able to use the Pro mode. These features are available in the Galaxy S21 series.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G specifications
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G comes with a 6.5-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G runs Android 10 operating system and it comes equipped with an optical fingerprint sensor.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE comes with an IP68 rating which makes the device dust and water-resistant. The handset also sports stereo speakers which are tuned by AKG and surround sound powered by Dolby Atmos.
The handset is backed by a 4500mAh battery with 25W fast charging and wireless PowerShare feature.
In the camera department, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G smartphone sports a triple rear camera setup with a 12MP main sensor with LED flash, f/1.8 aperture, 8MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture, and 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture. The front is home to a 32MP selfie shooter with an f/2.0 aperture.
