Samsung Galaxy A71 starts receiving Android 11 update – Times of India
NEW DELHI: Consumer electronics giant Samsung recently started rolling out Android 11 update for its Android tablets. Now, the company has released Android 11 update for its mid-range Galaxy A-series smartphone.
Samsung has started rolling out Android 11 update for the last year launched Galaxy A71 smartphone.
The Android 11 update brings Samsung One UI 3.1 and security patch for February 2021. The update comes with build number A715FXXU3BUB5 and it weighs 3GB in size.
With this latest update, the Samsung Galaxy A71 users will be able to experience features like default screen recorder, better media controller, native smart home control, one-time permission to apps, security fixes via Google Play and others.
Samsung Galaxy A71 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor paired with 8GB of RAM. The smartphone offers 128GB internal storage which can be expanded further by installing a microSD card.
Samsung Galaxy A71 comes with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus Infinity-O Display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution.
On the camera front, the handset boasts of a quad camera setup at the back with a 64MP primary sensor of f/1.8 aperture, a 12MP Ultra Wide camera with 123 degree field of view, a 5MP Macro camera and a 5MP Depth camera. The cameras boast of camera features including Super steady video, UHD recording, AR doodle and Crop Zoom. For selfies, the handset boasts of 32MP lens at the front with slow-mo selfie mode.
The Galaxy A71 comes backed by a 4500mAh battery with 25 Watt super-fast charging.
