Salman Khan opens up about releasing ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’, says it is not a good thing that theatres are closing down – Times of India

Salman Khan recently announced that his much-awaited film ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ will hit the theatres in May, on the occasion of Eid this year. The film was scheduled to release last year.

Spilling the beans on his decision to release the film in the theatres amid the pandemic, Salman recently opened up at an event. He reportedly said that they have made three movies that are ready for release. He added that as no movie is releasing in the cinema houses, theatres are looking like graveyards right now. The actor also went on to say that there are also so many theatre owners who have had to close down because of financial reasons and it is not a good thing that theatres are closing down. According to Salman, this is their business. Their work is to act and make movies. However, where will they show their movies if theatres close down?

Elaborating further, The ‘Dabangg’ star reportedly said that the exhibitors had requested them to release ‘Radhe’ in theatres, and now that things have eased down and they are seeing people roaming around normally, the actor feels that they can release the film in cinema halls.

The actor added that theatre owners are going to be careful about Coivd-19 protocols. Salman also especially requested his fans to be cautious. He feels now that the vaccines have come, we are all heading towards a safe zone. Salman hopes 2021 and 2022 are better than 2020 for all of us.
