Janhvi Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma‘s ‘Roohi’ is one of the highly anticipated films of the year. The horror-comedy was earlier titled ‘Roohi Afzana‘, has got a new title. The upcoming film has now been named ‘Roohi’.

Recently, Janhvi took to her Instagram handle to share two posters featuring her co-stars. Rajkummar and Varun are seen as grooms on the poster, while Janhvi looks like a ghost bride. The poster had a tagline: Mard Ko Zyada Dard Hoga.

The post was captioned as, ”Aaiyega zaroor Iss Bhootiya Shaadi mein. #RoohiTrailerOutAt12pm, stay tuned. #Roohi in cinemas 11th March 2021 👻”. The makers are all set to release the trailer today at 12 pm.

The film was set to hit the cinemas in the first week of June last year, but the film had to be postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

According to the report, the film tells you the story of a ghost who abducts brides on their honeymoon. It is based on the lines of the 2018 hit film ‘Stree’ which featured Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles
