Redmi Note 10 series to sport 108MP camera, confirms company – Times of India
NEW DELHI: Smartphone maker Xiaomi has already confirmed that it will launch the new Redmi Note 10 series of smartphones in India on March 4.
It is expected that the company will launch Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10 Pro smartphones. Now the company confirmed that the Redmi Note 10 series will sport a 108MP camera.
Rumours suggest that the company might incorporate a Samsung sensor in the smartphone camera. It is the same sensor that Xiaomi introduced in the Mi 10i last year. It is expected that the high-end Redmi Note 10 smartphone will sport a 108MP camera, while the entry-level variant might house a 48MP main camera.
Xiaomi has already confirmed that the Redmi Note 10 series will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The company has also revealed that the Redmi Note 10 series smartphones will come with the smoothest and 2x brighter display. The display will be protected with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass on top and will come equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Both the upcoming smartphones are said to come with big batteries and offer support for fast charging. Along with this, the Note 10 series will come with Gorilla Glass protection and IP52 rating which will make them dust and water-resistant.
The smartphones are expected to run Android 11 out-of-the-box topped with the company’s own layer of MIUI 12. The Redmi Note 10 series will be available online on Amazon.in and mi.com.
