Realme India CEO reveals upcoming Buds Air 2 TWS earbuds – Times of India
Realme entered the TWS earbuds product category with Buds Air in December last year. The form factor of the next version is also expected to be similar to that of the Apple AirPods. The Realme Buds Air was launched at Rs 3,999.

The Realme Buds Air are said to be easy-to-detect and connect to any smartphone with instant auto connection feature. The company will carry this feature in the next version of the device as well. Realme says that these buds can be paired with the smartphone by pressing the single button present on the case. Once it is paired, the Realme Buds Air are said to connect to the handset automatically. They also come with gesture support such as double tapping on the buds will allow users to answer calls, switch music, access voice assistants and more. Realme also claims that the buds boast of smart in-ear detection, which ensures that the audio/video pauses the moment the user takes off the Buds.
In terms of the specs, the Realme Buds Air come powered by company’s own R1 Headphone processor, which boasts of Bluetooth 5.0 that is claimed to offer low latency. The wireless earbuds offer dual-channel transmission and come with a dedicated Gaming Mode that reduces latency by 51%.
