Realme GT: Realme teases Snapdragon 888-powered flagship phone, here’s how it looks – Times of India


Smartphone maker Realme has teased its upcoming flagship device via its Twitter handle. Dubbed as Realme GT 5G, the flagship smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 888 5G, Qualcomm’s most powerful processor yet. The phone is set to launch on March 4, 2021 in a single colour variant: Racing Yellow
The Chinese smartphone maker is calling the Realme GT as a “dual flagship” signifying its processor and camera.
The design of Realme GT 5G is inspired by the GT sports car. The phone will come with a stainless steel VC cooling system meant to improve heat dissipation in the device.
The Realme GT 5G will come in a dual tone Vegan Leather Design variant. The phone is made of stainless steel and copper to achieve high thermal conductivity and comes with an Evaporation- condensation system to improve the water vapour circulation.

The company recently unveiled the X7 smartphone in India. Realme X7 5G features a 6.43-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The device features super linear stereo speakers and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The smartphone comes powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor paired with 6GB/8GB of RAM. It comes in only one storage option of 128GB. Also, there is no support for microSD card. It runs Android 10 operating system topped with Realme’s own UI. Realme X7 sports a quad-camera setup at the back which consist of a 64MP main sensor with LED flash, f/1.8 aperture, 8MP 119° Ultra Wide Lens with f/2.3 aperture, 2MP 4cm macro and 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. In the front you will get a 32MP selfie camera with f/2.5 aperture. The handset houses a 4300mAh battery with 65W ultra-fast flash charging support.
