Realme announces launch date of Realme 8 smartphone series – Times of India


Smartphone brand Realme has been teasing the launch of its Realme 8 series for some time now. It has now revealed the launch date of the upcoming series.
As per a tweet shared by the official Twitter handle of Realme India, Realme 8 series phones will be launched on March 24.
“With a #DareToLeap spirit, our CEO @MadhavSheth has defied all odds and taken the #LeapToInfinity. The next benchmark in the smartphone industry is almost here. It doesn’t get clearer than this. Stay tuned for 24th March” says Realme India post.

Realme 8 series: What to expect
Realme is expected to launch two smartphones under the series- Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro. The company’s CEO Madhav Sheth shared retail box image of Realme 8 earlier this month.
According to the box image shared, the smartphone will have a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display. It will be powered by MediaTek Helio G95 processor and feature a quad-rear camera setup.
The phone will offer a 64MP main camera and will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery. The device will be equipped with 30W Dart Charge support.
Realme has also confirmed Realme 8 Pro to come with 108MP main camera with Samsung HM2 sensor. The handset will also come with a quad-rear camera setup and will offer features like Starry time-lapse video and three different portrait modes.
