pubg: New PUBG Mobile game ‘New State’ coming soon to Android and iOS – Times of India
Those of you who miss playing PUBG Mobile, there is some heartening news. A new PUBG Mobile game has been announced. Titled ‘PUBG: New State’, the upcoming game is set into a distant future of the year 2051 in the region or city of Troi. The game has been given its dedicated website by the company and a trailer has also been launched.
PUBG: New State is developed by PUBG Studio and will expand upon the PUBG universe. The developers have announced pre-registration and pre-orders via Google Play Store and Apple App Store respectively. However, in India, the Play Store option is disabled and the App Store says “iOS pre-order will open soon”.
The basic rules remain the same as they are in PUBG Mobile like 100 players, one location where they are dropped and then, the shrinking of the blue zone, the furious battle for survival until only one remains.
The story is set years ahead in the PUBG universe. As per the webpage description: “Set in the near future, years have passed since the original game. In 2051, anarchy rules as numerous factions battle each other. The competition has evolved into a new battleground featuring state-of-the-art technology that requires survivors to adopt new tactics to survive.”
The game adds new vehicles like sports cars. Older vehicles like the bulletproof jeep can also be seen in the trailer. PUBG: New State will be playable both in the first and the third person modes.
