PUBG Mobile banned over one million players accounts – Times of India


NEW DELHI: Tencent PUBG Mobile has revealed that it has permanently banned over 1 million accounts. The company made this announcement via Twitter and it took this step on the count of cheating.
As part of a massive crackdown, PUBG Mobile has suspended more than 1 million accounts to stop hacking and cheating in the game. The company has confirmed to ban 1,110,842 accounts permanently from accessing the game.
After this new ban, these banned accounts will not be revived as they have been booted out of the game completely. The company also revealed that the majority of reasons for the ban include Auto-Aim Hacks, Speed Hacks and X-Ray Vision.
Recently, PUBG Mobile also shared some stats in the latest anti-cheating report. As per the report, 34% accounts belonged to the Bronze category. The Diamond category had 13% banned accounts, while the Silver and Crown ranked accounts 12%. The company has imposed this ban to ensure fair gameplay.
Meanwhile, the gamers in India will have to wait for the play PUBG Mobile again. As per a report by Sportskeeda, gamers in India will not be able to pre-register for PUBG: New State. Krafton is waiting for the green light from the government to relaunch the game and no one knows as to how much time it will take or if at all the government allows the game.
PUBG Mobile withdrew its franchise partnership with China-based Tencent Games in a bid to shed its ‘Chinese tag’. Krafton, based in South Korea, is the video game holding company which owns PUBG Corporation.
