Poco to launch next smartphone on March 30; Poco X3 Pro expected – Times of India


Former Xiaomi sub-brand Poco has confirmed that it will launch a new smartphone at the end of this month.
The company has sent out a block your date invites for March 30.
This will be the first smartphone from Poco to be launched after it revamped its logo. The teaser image for the soon-to-be-launched phone says “Unleash Pro-performance,” hinting that the name of the phone may contain the ‘Pro’ tag.
While there is no confirmed name yet, several online reports suggest that the upcoming Poco smartphone is going to be called the Poco X3 Pro.
Last week, the company shared a note that was supposed to indicate what in store from the brand.

The note not only went on to talk about the popularity of the Poco F1 smartphone, but also how no other rival brand to top it.
“It’s crazy that we’re in 2021 and not a single phone launched at the price of the F1 ( Rs 21K) has been able to match or beat its performance. It’s been 30 months (or if you’re counting in smartphone terms, a lifetime)! We are now in a different world. Costs have gone up + tax,” the company had said.
Poco X3 Pro rumoured specs
In terms of specs, reports suggest that the Poco X3 smartphone is going to offer a 6.67-inch LCD panel with full HD resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
The handset is expected to house a 5200mAh battery that is paired with 33W fast charging support.
For imaging duties, the device is rumoured to come with a 48MP main rear camera.
