Janhvi Kapoor stepped out in the city with her co-star Varun Sharma as she kick-started the promotions of her upcoming film, ‘Roohi’. The actors paused and posed for the paparazzi before heading inside a production office in Mumbai.

Dressed in a white crop-top and short skirt, Janhvi looked pretty as a peach. The young diva completed her gorgeous look with spectacles, a black sling bag and sneakers. Varun, on the other hand, looked dapper in his black tee, white jacket and jeans.

Apart from Varun and Janhvi, ‘Roohi’ also stars Rajkummar Rao in the lead role. The horror-comedy is being helmed by Hardik Mehta. The film marks the first-ever collaboration of Rajkummar and Janhvi and the second collaboration of Rajkummar and Varun after sharing screen space in the 2015 release, ‘Dolly Ki Doli’.

The film was supposed to hit the theatres last year. However, it was pushed ahead due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and the resulting lockdown in the country. It will now release on March 11, 2021. The film is based on the lines of the 2018 hit film Stree, which featured Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles.
