“Not easy for outsiders,” says Kangana Ranaut as she reveals struggles faced by ‘Tejas’ director – Times of India


Kangana Ranaut started shooting for her action entertainer ‘Tejas’ on Tuesday and today she took to Twitter to narrate an emotional moment from the first day of shoot. While expressing that making it big in Bollywood is not easy for outsiders, Kangana wrote, “Writer Director of #Tejas struggled for more than a decade to get his first break, yesterday on the first day of the shoot his mother broke down, reminded me of my family who hung in there hoping to find a silver lining, not easy for outsiders, Kudos to our chief @sarveshmewara1.”

The actress hails from Manali and she recently revealed her plans to launch a café-restaurant in her home town. “Sharing my new venture my dream with you all, something which will bring us closer, other than movies my other passion food, taking baby steps into FnB industry, building my first cafe and restaurant in Manali, thanks to my terrific team dreaming of something spectacular,” Kangana had shared.

Apart from ‘Tejas’, Kangana Ranaut will also be seen in ‘Thalaivi’, which is a biopic on late politician Jayalalithaa. Kangana also has ‘Dhaakad’ and she had recently announced the second installment of the Manikarnika franchise, titled ‘Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda’. Apart from this, Kangana will also be seen essaying former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in a political drama.
