Motorola to launch 5G phone with Snapdragon 870 chip soon – Times of India
In the Twitter post, the company has shared a 18-second long video which shows side panels on the upcoming phone. One can see a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the phone.
Along with it, the phone can also be seen featuring a USB Type-C port, the 3.5mm headphone jack and speaker grilles at the bottom edge.

Motorola’s post does not reveal the name of the device. But reports say that this could be the Motorola G100 smartphone. Motorola G100 is said to be the global variant of Motorola Edge S that was launched in China earlier this year.
For those unaware, Motorola Edge S offers a refresh rate of 90Hz and is backed by a 5,000mAh battery. The smartphone comes with quad camera setup at the back. The phone sports a 64MP main camera at the back and has a dual selfie camera system consisting of 16MP + 8MP sensors.
Meanwhile, the company has launched two new budget category phones in India- Motorola G10 Power and Motorola G30. The smartphones come with a starting price of Rs 9,999 and boasts of features like 6.51-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with 20:9 aspect ratio and Snapdragon chipset.
