Lifestyle brand Michael Kors has launched its Gen 5E smartwatch with Wear OS in India. The Gen 5E smartwatches are designed for women. The Gen 5E retails at Rs 25,995 and is available in three colours: Gold, Rose Gold and Silver & Rose Gold. The smartwatch can be purchased from Amazon.
The Gen 5E comes with stainless steel straps. It features a 1.19-inch 390 x 390 pixels AMOLED display inside a casing of 43mm. Some of the important features the Gen 5E comes with are Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, NFC, smartphone notifications, Google Assistant, etc. With Google’s Wear OS, the smartwatch can be paired with an Android smartphone or an iPhone.
The fitness-centric features include GPS, activity tracker, heart rate monitor, 5ATM water resistance etc. The smartwatch tracks the number of steps taken throughout the day and keeps a record of the calories burned and the total distance travelled by the wearer. The smartwatch also comes with a sleep tracking feature that lets you keep a tab on your sleeping habit with the help of data collected during snoozing.
