Madhu Guruswamy is the villain in Prabhas and Prashanth Neel’s Salaar – Times of India


Ever since the announcement of Salaar, which brings together KGF filmmaker Prashanth Neel and Baahubali star Prabhas, there has been a lot of curiosity about the project, making it one of the most awaited films in India and everyone keenly following every update. The film team began shoot this January in Hyderabad and they have roped in Shruti Haasan as the leading lady in this film, which sees her being paired opposite Prabhas for the first time in her career.

The film has a technical crew from the Kannada film industry, which includes cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda and composer Ravi Basrur, both of who have been an intrinsic part of team KGF. The team is making this as an Indian film and word is that it will release in all major Indian languages. Everyone’s been curious to know about the rest of the casting in the film.

We have it that Madhu Guruswamy will be playing the antagonist in the film. Madhu, who shot to fame with his role in the A Harsha directed Shivarajkumar starrer Vajrakaya, has acted in Kannada and other South Indian films ever since. He has been roped in by the team and the actor is thrilled to be a part of the film.
