Kareena Kapoor Khan recently revealed that she never faced any gender-based discrimination in her career. The actress also added that she has always been surrounded by men who are feminists.

Talking to a news portal, Kareena reportedly said that thankfully, she has not experienced sexism. Having said that, the actress also added that she knows many friends who have, and who, unfortunately, continue to be victims of patriarchy and misogyny, regularly. Bebo also went on to say that she considers herself lucky that she is surrounded by men who are feminists.

Kareena has been one actress who has broken stereotypes and norms, be it getting married at the peak of her career or continuing to work even during her pregnancy. Spilling the beans on the same, the actress reportedly said that she has always believed in listening to his heart and doing what she thinks is right. Kareena also added that there are a lot of strong women in her life who have broken innumerable stereotypes themselves, and that, to a great extent, has made her the person that she is today.

Meanwhile, Kareena is expecting her second baby with husband Saif Ali Khan after Taimur. On the work front, she will next be seen in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ co-starring Aamir Khan in the lead role.
