NEW DELHI: Vivo’s standalone brand iQoo is all set to launch its new smartphone in India. The company has confirmed that it will soon launch its flagship smartphone in the country. The upcoming iQoo smartphone will be powered by the most-powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.
The company took to Twitter to make this announcement. iQoo India tweeted, “What’s better than Bang For The Buck? More Bang, Less Bucks! Put your seat belts on, this ride is going to be faster than we have done ever. Unleashing Soon with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888!”

The tweet also revealed that this new flagship smartphone will be priced under Rs 40,000.
This is the second smartphone of the company to launch in the Indian market. The company launched its first smartphone — iQoo 3 in India last year.
iQoo has already launched the iQoo 7 smartphone in China. The China variant comes with a starting price tag of Rs 43,065.
iQoo 7 specifications
iQoo 7 comes with a 6.62-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The display comes with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor paired with 8GB/12GB of RAM.
iQoo 7 comes in two storage variants — 128GB and 256GB. The device run Android 11 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of iQoo UI. The device offers dual SIM support and it comes equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
iQoo 7 sports a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP main sensor with f/1.79 aperture, 13MP ultra-wide angle lens and 13MP portrait camera. The front is home to a 16MP selfie shooter.
The smartphone is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
