Sundar and Ashwin key to India’s survival hopes

Washington Sundar (33*) and R Ashwin (8*) stitched a good 32-run partnership for the seventh wicket in the final session on Day 3. The hosts still trail by 321 runs in the first innings. For England, it will be interesting to see whether they take the second new ball straightaway, which will be available after 6 overs or will they carry on with the old ball which has been helpful for their spinners.
