Huawei P40 4G With Kirin 990 SoC, Dual Selfie Cameras Launched
Huawei P40 4G has launched in China on Friday as another offering in the expansive Huawei P40 range. Its 5G model was launched last year, and the Huawei P40 series includes the Huawei P40 Lite, the Huawei P40 Lite 5G, the Huawei P40 Lite E, the Huawei P40 Pro, and the Huawei P40 Pro+. The Huawei P40 4G is another addition to the mix and has been quietly listed on JD.com. The phone features the Kirin 990 SoC, a dual selfie camera setup, and triple rear cameras with a 50-megapixel primary sensor.

The new Huawei P40 4G is listed on JD.com at a price of CNY 3,998 (roughly Rs. 45,600) for the lone 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. It comes in Dark Blue and Frost Silver colour options. For now, the phone is only up for reservations.

Coming to the specifications, the Huawei P40 4G has a dual-SIM slot (Nano + Nano) and features a 6.1-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) OLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, a 422ppi pixel density, and DCI-P3 HDR. It is powered by the Kirin 990 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
As for imaging, the Huawei P40 4G model has a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.9 aperture), a 16-megapixel ultrawide-angle lens (f/2.2 aperture), and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens (f/2.4 aperture). Rear camera features include OIS, LED flash, and 30x digital zoom. Up front, the pill-shaped cutout houses two selfie cameras with f/2.0 aperture.
