honor tablet: Honor Pad 7 launched with 10.1-inch FHD display – Times of India
Honor has launched its new tablet, the Honor Pad 7 in China at a starting price of 1,399 yuan (about Rs 15,572), as per a report by GizChina. The device’s Wi-Fi version comes in two RAM and storage variants– 4GB+64GB and 4GB+128GB–priced at 1,399 yuan and 1,699 yuan respectively. The LTE version of the Honor Pad 7 also comes in two RAM and storage variants of 4GB+ 64GB and 4GB+ 128GB, priced at 1,599 yuan and 1,899 yuan respectively. The Honor Pad 7 has been launched in two colour options: Blue and Black. The tablet will be available in the company’s native country from March 26.
The Honor Pad 7 sports a 10.1-inch Full HD display with a screen-to-body ratio of 80 percent. The display comes with TUV Rheinland certification for eye protection. The tablet is powered by
the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, instead of Huawei’s Kirin chipset, and runs Android 10 operating system out-of-the-box.
The Honor Pad 7 comes with an Education Center to help kids concentrate on their learning. It also offers support for Split Screen for up to 4 applications so that all of them can be run at the same time. With the help of this feature, it would be possible to take notes while listening to lectures or when going through reading material online.
