Catch Daisy showing you how EMS workout is done here and know her thoughts on the same:
Upon entering the gym, we spotted Daisy in the middle of her EMS workout. For the uninitiated, EMS is the abbreviation for Electric Muscle Stimulation, a total body workout with electrical pulses. In this workout, the muscles contract through electric trigger even in a normal state. It’s done once a week but Daisy, who is by now a pro, does it twice a week for 20 minutes.
The workout targets the entire body and trains deep muscles which increases metabolic rate. It is great for weight loss and post-pregnancy fitness.
