‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ lead hero Kartik Aaryan’s routine mandatory check which threw the shoot out of gear, has some news of relief. ETimes broke the news to you yesterday that the shooting has been stopped and the set at Mumbai’s Chitra Studio (Powai) now wears a deserted look. A source had told us, “Kartik shot for the film just on Sunday. A lab technician is currently on his way to test Anees Bazmee as well.”

We now hear that the film’s director Anees Bazmee has tested negative. He and his family are relieved after the long, worrisome, tense night they had yesterday.

Kiara and Tabu, too, had rushed for the test. Tabu was shooting with Kartik on Sunday, but Kiara had walked the ramp with him on Saturday. Well, we also have it here that Kiara’s test, too, has come negative. The young actress told ETimes, “Bazmee sir and I have tested negative.”

Sources say that Tabu’s report has, however, still not come or the people on the set at least are still uninformed about it, and hence very concerned.

There are many actors in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’, including Sanjay Mishra, Rajpal Yadav, Milind Gunaji, Rajesh Sharma. More reports of the cast and crew, that went running for the COVID test after Kartik tweeted that he’s positive, are coming in thick and fast as we go online, and the unit is praying that everything will be fine soon.

The shoot of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ had only recently kicked off after a long delay.
