Drugs case: NCB detains Sushant Singh Rajput’s friend, assistant director Rishikesh Pawar – Times of India
Narcotics Control Bureau has been closely investigating the drugs probe and in a recent development the agency has detained assistant director Rishikesh Pawar. He is said to be a close friend of Sushant Singh Rajput. Previously, ANI had shared that the NCB was conducting a search for Rishikesh Pawar who had been absconding.
Previously, Arjun Rampal’s sister was also summoned by the NCB in connection to the drugs case while the actor was also grilled by the investigating agency. Arjun Rampal’s properties in Mumbai were also raided by the NCB while his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades has also been questioned in the drugs probe.
Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14 and the Central Bureau of Investigation has been probing his untimely demise. Earlier, the Enforcement Directorate had reportedly handed over chats to the NCB which allegedly involved talks about drugs, post this Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik were arrested by the NCB and later let out on bail.
