From Alia Bhatt giving us major girlfriend goals to Salman and Katrina bringing Turkey to Mumbai and Manoj Bajpayee confirming his covid-19 report – here are the big headlines of the day.

Manoj Bajpayee’s team confirmed that the actor has indeed tested positive for Covid-19. The actor was shooting for a movie when he got his reports and we got word that filming has now been halted, with Bajpayee going into quarantine at home. In a statement his team said, “The shoot has stopped and will resume in couple of months. Manoj Bajpayee is on medication and recovering well. He is in self-quarantine at home and following all precautions.” Get well soon sir.

This news comes in just days after Ranbir Kapoor also tested positive for the virus. Lucky for Ranbir, he has girlfriend Alia Bhatt, who is not only showering him with love on social media, but even praying for his speedy recovery. Before earning a collective “awww” from the virtual world for her ‘major missing’ post, the actress was clicked late last night at the Mukteshwar temple in Juhu for Mahashivratri pooja with director Ayan Mukerji.

Also making us feel all things mushy were B-town couples Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli and Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. Virushka had us hitting the heart button more than a couple times to fully appreciate their cute and cuddly picture. Nick and Priyanka on the other hand took things out of this world—no literally. The hunk paid special tribute to his gorgeous wife in his Spaceman music video and this time he didn’t just let the lyrics do the talking.

And finally, making our Friday all things filmy was Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, who are going all out for ‘Tiger 3’. As covid-19 is still disrupting their shooting plans, the stars and their director are not leaving things to chance. We heard that as the team couldn’t fly out to Istanbul to shoot the film, they brought an entire Turkish town to Mumbai city! Buzz is that director Maneesh Sharma and team are building a massive Turkish town at SRPF Ground to shoot several heavy-duty action scenes, complete with artillery tanks and grenades. We hear that set will be up and running by the first week of April.

On another film set not too far away, Kriti Sanon joined her leading men – Saif Ali Khan, Prabhas and Sunny Singh on the sets of their upcoming actioner – ‘Adipurush’. A new journey begins.. This one is too special.. Proud, honoured and beyond excited to be a part of this magical world.. “ Kriti said in a post that saw her brimming with excitement to get the cameras rolling.
