BLACKPINK brought ‘THE SHOW’ to our area over the weekend with an electrifying virtual concert.

The girls-group finally held their much-awaited gig On January 31, after a month-long delay due to the covid-19 crisis. According to reports, the LIVE streamed concert brought in a ton of money and viewership.

This being their first online show, the South Korean megastars brought in over 280,000 viewers (excluding China) for their YouTube exclusive show.

With tickets to the gig being sold at an average ticket price of $30-40, the girls raked in an estimated $10.5 million for the big show.

The concert saw Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa and Rosé perform their biggest hits, including ‘Kill This Love’, ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ and ‘Boombayah’, ‘Sour Candy’ and many other upbeat tracks. Each of the 4 band-members took the stage to perform solo tracks.

BLINKS were in for a treat as Rosé debuted her solo love track, ‘Gone’.

In other news, the BLACKPINK band members took the top spots as the most-followed K-Pop artists on social media with Lisa leading the way.
