Ashish Vidyarthi has tested positive for Covid-19 and he revealed the news through an Instagram video. The actor recorded a clip wherein he informed al that he would be checking himself into a hospital in Delhi, after he tested positive for the novel Coronavirus. The actor reassured his followers that he was doing well and had no symptoms.

The National Award winning actor had captioned the clip, “This is one positive I didn’t want… I tested positive for Covid… Whoever has come i touch with me, please get yourself tested. Am symptom free as of now.. Trust shall be fine soon. Your wishes and love are invaluable. Alshukran Bandhu.. Alshukran Zindagi!”

Earlier today, Manoj Bajpayee tested positive for Covid-19. In a statement, his team confirmed, “Manoj Bajpayee has tested Covid positive after his director was infected with it. The shoot has stopped and will resume in couple of months. Manoj Bajpayee is on medication and recovering well. He is in self-quarantine at home and following all precautions.” The ‘Satya’ actor was shooting for ‘Despatch’, which is being directed by ‘Titli’ fame director Kanu Behl. It is produced by Ronnie Screwvala and will be shot in London, Delhi and Mumbai.
