Actor Ankita Lokhande continues to struggle to come to terms with the tragic demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. While she has been quite vocal about how the actor’s death has affected her life, the actress has also been slammed by netizens for the same.

Talking about her stand for SSR and the hate comments, Ankita recently in an interview with an entertainment portal made some more revelations about the actor. She revealed that she does not have the guts to associate ‘RIP’ with Sushant. Recalling how people started judging her for not putting up SSR’s picture on social media immediately post his death, she questioned back that how can anyone expect her to do so.

She further added that she, her family, and SSR’s family has went through a lot post his demise. While this feeling will always remain with her, now she has come to a point where it is becoming normal. However, she sometimes feels that she can still talk to Sushant and said she even told him once, “tumhare liye dekho log kitna…tumse kitna pyaar karte the (See how much people loved you)’.

Ankita also reasoned behind rejected big films like ‘Happy New Year’ starring Shah Rukh Khan because of Sushant Singh Rajput as the duo was dating back then and she wanted well for Sushant’s career.

Ever since Sushant’s untimely demise, Ankita has been supporting his family and even stood by them during the police investigation.
