Meanwhile, Alia was holidaying in the Maldives with her girl gang recently. But soon after Ranbir Kapoor’s uncle Rajiv Kapoor passed away on Tuesday, she cut short her trip and jetted back to be there with the family. She also joined the Kapoor family to share an official statement about the late actor. The family decided to not keep his chautha due to the pandemic situation.

On the work front, Alia will be next seen with Ranbir in ‘Brahmastra’. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan in a key role. She also has ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, ‘RRR’ and ‘Takht’ in her kitty.
