Alia portrayed the character of a supportive and a possessive girlfriend. Her relationshop with her boyfriend Murad is one such bond most of the youth could relate to. Not only being the protective girlfriend, she also proved to be a rebel for a good cause. She fought and cried for continuing her further education when her parents told her to get married. In the end, she made sure to move on with her studies and got what she wanted.

She is bold, resilient and made sure to not leave her partner’s side right from being in his struggling days to the time he gave his best concert performance. We all loved watching Alia being ‘Safeena’. Murad was portrayed by Ranveer Singh.

On the professional front, Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film ‘Gangubai Kathiyawadi’ essaying the role of a mafia queen. The movie comprises a story adapted from Hussain Zaidi’s book ‘Mafia Queens of Mumbai’. Apart from that she also has many amazing projects in her kitty. She will be seen alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, and Mouni Roy in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’. She also has ‘RRR’ which will be helmed by SS Rajamouli.
