67th National Film Awards: Sushant Singh Rajput’s Chhichhore wins Best Hindi Film, ‘Manikarnika’ earns Kangana Ranaut her fourth National Award – Times of India


The winners of the 67th National Film Awards were announced on Monday, the announcement has been delayed due to the pandemic. Best Biographical Film – Elephants do Remember,

Best Ethnographic Film – Charan-Atva

Best Debut Non-Feature film Director – Khisa

Best Non-Feature Film — An Engineered Dream

Special Mention: Biryani (Malayalam), Jonai Porua (Assamese Film), Lata Bhagwan Karen (Marathi Actress), Picasso (Marathi)

Best Editing (Non-Feature): Arjun Saraya

Best Voice-over/Narration (Non-Feature): Sir David Attenborough for Wild Karnataka

Best Film Critic: Sohini Chattopadhyaya

Most Film Friendly State Award: Sikkim

The awards are usually presented by the President of India. However, the 66th National Film Awards saw Vice President Venkaiah Naidu honouring the winners while President Ram Nath Kovind had hosted the high tea for the winners.
